The AKA hosts a yearly Leadership Workshop focusing on timely issues facing academic departments and their faculty at the time. Workshops are structured to not only gain valuable information and advice, but to also provide real solutions and action items for participants and the AKA to work towards.
Workshops are held each February and are open to members and non-members.
